As a Partnership Associate at The Artisans Company, you'll play a crucial role in expanding the reach of our platforms by building and nurturing strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying and onboarding key third-party service providers and product partners. This involves managing the entire onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing support for our partners. You'll work closely with various internal teams, including product, marketing, and operations, to ensure a collaborative approach to partnership management. Your ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and maintain a keen eye for detail will be essential in driving success.
Ideally, you are a recent graduate with 1-2 years of experience in business development, marketing, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. You are a proactive and self-driven individual with a problem-solving mindset, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. While not required, experience in business development or partner management, familiarity with relevant industries, and project management skills would be valuable assets.
