About Role

As a Customer Care Support representative at The Artisans Company, you will be the friendly voice of our brands, helping users get the most out of our products. You'll answer questions, troubleshoot problems, and ensure every customer has a great experience across our platforms. Your work will involve teaming up with our product and sales crews to share customer feedback and help us improve.
